Whiskey Sour Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- Whiskey, 2.5 squeezes (2.5 oz)
- Fresh Lime Juice, 1 squeeze (1 oz)
- Sugar Syrup, ½ squeeze (0.5 oz)
- Egg White, 1
- Angostura Bitters, 2 dashes
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake hard for 10 seconds to build the foam. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Dot two dashes of bitters on the foam and serve.
