We ship across the United States, and all orders are sent with tracking.

Processing time

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. During sales and peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Shipping rates and times

• Free Standard Shipping (DHL, tracked, 3 to 7 business days) on all orders over $70.
• $9.95 Standard Shipping (DHL, tracked, 3 to 7 business days) on orders under $70.
• $14.95 Express Shipping (DHL, tracked, 1 to 3 business days) on all orders.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

Once your order ships, you can follow it using the tracking link in your confirmation email. Delivery estimates are guides rather than guarantees, and carrier delays can happen. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears lost, contact us at Support@TheStandardSqueeze.co and we will help track it down.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
