Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Order and transaction details: the products you buy, order history, and order communications.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers (see Section 7). We do not store your full card number; we receive limited details such as the payment method, the last digits of the card, and whether a payment succeeded.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
  • Shopping activity: items you view, add to your cart, or save.
  • Support and communications: the content of messages, reviews, and survey responses you send us.
  • Usage and device information: IP address, device and browser type, time zone, pages and products viewed, search terms, and how you interact with the Services, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies

6. Artificial intelligence and automated tools

We use AI-assisted tools in two limited ways:

  • Customer service: AI helps our team draft and speed up responses to customer enquiries, with a team member reviewing communications before they are sent.
  • Marketing: AI features within our marketing platform help us group customers and tailor the timing and content of emails and text messages.

Only the information reasonably needed for the task is involved, our providers act under contract and on our instructions, and they are not permitted to use your information to train their own models for unrelated purposes. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you using AI alone, without human involvement.

7. How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information to service providers and partners who help us run our business, and who are required to protect it. We do not sell your personal information for money. The categories of recipients include:

  • E-commerce platform and hosting: Shopify.
  • Payment providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal, and wallet services such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Shipping and fulfillment: DHL and other carriers, and our third-party fulfillment provider.
  • Email and text-message marketing: Omnisend.
  • Reviews: Loox.
  • Advertising and analytics: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, reCAPTCHA, Google Maps and Google Fonts), and TikTok.
  • Our affiliates and corporate group, in our legitimate interests to run the business.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required or permitted by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale.

8. Advertising, and your "Do Not Sell or Share" choices

We use advertising technologies (such as the Meta, Google and TikTok pixels) to show you relevant ads and measure their performance. Under some US state laws, including California's, using cookies and pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information, even though we do not sell your information for money.

You can opt out of this advertising-related sharing at any time by:

  • using the cookie or consent controls on our Site, including any "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link where shown;
  • broadcasting an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we will honor for your browser; or

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any marketing message.

You do not need to consent to marketing to make a purchase. You may still receive non-promotional messages about your account or orders.

We are part of an Australian-owned group and operate our US store from the United States. Your personal information may be processed in the United States and Australia, and by our service providers in other countries where they operate.
